Full Time Office Job at Freight Forwarding Company Sun Express International Inc., dba BNX SHIPPING HAWAII - Honolulu, HI We are locally owned freight forwarding company that has served the International and Domestic Shipping needs of Hawaii since 1996. Position: Full Time Operation
Location: Honolulu Downtown, Hawaii
Compensation is dependent on level of experience and skill set

Irregular additional compensations: Bonus, Profit sharing through 401K
Hours: 08:00-5:00 (MON-FRI)
Responsibilities: Responsible for providing the customer service and coordination of freight movements. Ensure the timely movements of cargo from origination to destination. Prepare export/import shipping documents. Generate arrival notice, A/R, A/P. Quote freight charges. Work with carriers, customs brokers, truckers and overseas/domestic agents, and general office duties.
Qualifications: College degree
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bilingual Korean speaker preferred. English is the principal language for this position/office.
Minimum 1-2 years office job experience
Requirements: Should be organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to multitask and work in a fast paced enviornment.
Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
Good interpersonal skills required.
Must have current valid driver license with clean driver’s abstract
Two references from previous employers
Must pass drug screen and background check
