Sadie’s Dul is an expansion of Sadie’s BBQ Inn from Pearl City. WE are a Korean food vendor that’s a part of HMart’s Market Eatery located in Kakaako. We are seeking for a Part-time Main Cook. We are seeking someone that truly has a passion for cooking, and the eagerness to learn and cook authentic Korean/Local food. 

compensation: $16/hr (+ medical for qualified applicants)

employment type: part-time

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Station include fryer, griddle, and broiler
- Food preparation and cooking
- Understanding and maintaining proper food inventory
- Cleanliness of kitchen equipment & tools
- Stocking and managing food stations

Qualification Requirements:
- Must possess High School Diploma
- Must have at least 1-2 years of cooking experience
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have great attention to detail
- MUST BE ABLE TO MULITASK (at a very high level).
- Must be able to handle stressful situations during busy hours

Preferred, but not required:
- Higher Education (College)
- Korean / Local food cooking experience
