DB Grill Kapolei seeks All Positions!

DB Grill in Kapolei Commons is looking for passionate individuals to be a part of a tightly knit team and who are dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. DB Grill will feature technique-drive Korean-inspired cuisine in a casual atmosphere. DB Restaurant Group currently manages local favorites Cafe Duck Butt and Mad Bene.

Candidates must be truly passionate about providing unparalleled food and service with uncompromising attention to detail. Our company culture supports the growth and development of our employees and we believe in providing opportunities for internal advancement.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Front of House:

• Servers
• Bartenders
• Cashiers
• Hosts

Back of House:

• Line Cooks
• Prep Cooks
• Porters (Dishwashers)

Ideal candidates will:

• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Properly execute all recipes/steps of service and follow restaurant guidelines
• Have the ability to always work as a team-player
